We use the finest quality Steel supplied by M/s TATA steel, M/s Essar Steels Ltd. And M/s Jindal. The incoming raw material is thoroughly tested for Chemical and Mechanical properties before it is released for tube manufacturing operation.

During ERW and CEW tube making adequate sampling plan is followed and tested for Dimensions, Flattening, Drift Expanding, Bending, Flanging, Crushing, Yield Strength, Tensile Strength, Elongation and whichever tests are applicable as per the relevant specification.Roughness Tester is used to test the roughness value in id for cylinder bore tubes. Towards achieving increased product reliability for critical items, Eddy Current Testing facility has been installed. This test is carried out at the request of customer and on mutual agreement.
